We are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Associates to join our fun team. An ideal candidate should have experience with customer service and sales in a retail or spa environment. Your responsibilities will include scheduling massage appointments over the phone, greeting and checking-in customers, accepting payments for services, and selling our wellness program (membership plan). We work in a spa environment offering massage therapy to our clients. If you've never had a massage before, but you pride yourself on good customer service, we will teach you everything you need to know to communicate the benefits of massage therapy to our clients. Also, every team member has access to dozens of licensed massage therapists at a very discounted price. This will give you the first-hand knowledge of massage that will aid in booking appointments. We're all about great teamwork and communication, so please feel free to come by, take a tour of our clinic and meet the team.
