The Assistant Canvass Manager is responsible for:* Managing the in-field activity to increase efficiency and maximize productivity* Territory management* Monitoring employees by effective coaching, training and leadership* Assist with recruiting new employees: posting jobs, scheduling interviews and hiring* Driving employees in a company vehicle to their assigned territory and managing the territory penetration.$11-$15/Hr.
