All members of our staff begin training as hosts and general front of house support. Wait positions become available immediately for those who display the qualities and skills required. Our servers earnings are well above average tips.Honesty, reliability, and impeccable customer service are a must. The owner is a chef with over 25 years experience in food service; she sets high standards for every aspect of her business and expects her employees to maintain her attention to detail. Applicants must be willing to work in hot, cold and sometimes wet weather, and be able to lift and move heavy objects such as ice chests and cast iron furniture on a daily basis. Our food is the main event made with the best ingredients available and everyone is expected to master the menu.Not a morning person? Super; neither are we! Our hours of operation are from 5pm till as late as 2am on weekends, and we frequently book live music.
