Cool and responsible 30yr old moving to austin in march. Needs dog friendly as I am the owner of a "mutant" hotdog, male 2 yr old friendly but dont do cats...ever seen the show "alf"? I am financially comfortable/stable and happily pitch in chores, supplies etc... I am a recent fiddle student so I do practice. Drama free, happy, not a homebody/couch potato.
