My friend and I are looking to rent a 3 or 4 BR home in South Austin starting March 1st. We would like to find another person interested in sharing the place with us. Male or female is fine and age is not an issue. We're both very laid back and respectful. The lease will be in my name and we can do a sublease for your room. There will never be more than 3 living in the home. I will be paying about $300 a month more than the other two people and will have the master bedroom and the garage. We are both musicians. I will set up a pretty well stocked gym in the house and you are welcome to use it. Hopefully, we'll all get along really well, enjoy living there and feel like we're home.
