I am a 53 year old woman looking for a furnished room to rent until July 31 at which point I will be moving back to my home in the midwest. I am a semi-retired school teacher who currently works for the State of Texas and travel extensively for my job. I also travel back home for 2 weeks at a time every other month. I am generally home only 3 nights a week and keep pretty much to myself when home. I am very clean, responsible, and considerate but I do smoke cigarettes (outside only). I would prefer a room in a house or a ground floor apartment and I would also like the $300.00 rent to include utilities. Location: Austin
