This condo is in the heart of downtown Austin on 6th street and Brazos in the middle of all the SXSW action. It is available for the entire SXSW duration March 8th - 19th or as needed. You would be literally an elevator ride and walking distance within a couple blocks to everything SXSW related. The condo is 2 blocks from the convention center. This includes includes a garage access card with an assigned parking spot to come and go as you please. The unit is 2 stories, 1144 square feet, includes WiFi internet access, cable TV upstairs and downstairs, with a balcony over looking 6th street.
