I have a room for rent during SXSW at my home residence. Clean Room. Location is north of downtown. 150 a night. Queen size bed. Private bathroom. Access to kitchen. 2 people max. Stay 3 days or the entire week. Will perform pickup and drop-off at the airport. Maybe a late night ride if needed. Residents are night owls. Lots of knowledge of Austin. Laid back arrangement.Lamar Blvd runs just behind my house which runs into the downtown area. I-35 also is very accessible. The room has a dresser and bathroom with standup shower. Washer/Dryer. We do have a small dog, that's harmless and friendly. Another plus might be the cap metro rail that will be running extended hours for the festival, has a station just under a mile away from the house. Shuttles into downtown. Black Star Pub and Brewery Co-op runs along side the metro rail station. Really good beer...Need copies of ID and some references. Cash only or paypal. Money is due upfront.
