I am subletting her apartment for her so she can go stay with a friend while she looks for reemployment. This is a win win win for all parties involved.....the complex gets a new, excellent tenant.....Michelle, my customer and friend, doesn't get her credit report trashed by a broken lease and I, I get to serve my customer base whom I adore and love because they put a roof over my head and food in my belly and I love them for this!That said, here is the dealio.....I am putting the location of the apartment complex in the ad...SO PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS THIS LOCATION WORKS FOR YOU!....The last day of her lease is June 8th, 2013...so from like Feb 1 (or sooner) til June, makes this a 4 month lease. She has already paid the security deposit, administration fee so all the new tenant has to pay is the $45 application fee and get on the lease with her! They will be checking your income, credit, rental and criminal history. NOTE: This complex, and all of them are different, does not technically "sublet" so what happens is, you get on the lease with Michelle and she has to stay on it til last day of the lease, at which time, you can renew and stay or leave, AFTER putting in proper move out notice submitted by you and Michelle and clean it before you leave! We need someone that "gets it".This apartment is unfurnished and has full size washer dryer connections. Austin is growing by 1500 people a day right now so I know this will really work for one of you out there that needs time to acclimate to the city and or on temporary work assignment.
