$650 Looking for Roommate ASAP (Pflugerville) Looking for roommate to move in asap. 3 bed/2.5 bath house in Pflugerville. Rent would be $650 a month flat rate, all bills paid. House does have cable and wireless internet, indoor washer and dryer, and pool table. The bedroom already has a full size mattress and box spring, along with a small dresser. No long term contract to sign, just 30 day notice of vacating. There are 2 people living here including myself and the owner (plus one dog). Both in our early 30s, single, no kids, heterosexual males, big sports fans (Texans, Astros and Rockets) and we are known to do some work on COD when the mood strikes. Looking for roughly the same but we're also pretty open to whatever. If you are loud, a drug user, an alcoholic, extremely dirty, unemployed, a bigot you can stop reading.
