I am moving away from Austin and need to sublease my room in a 2/2 apt in West Campus. The amount of rent I pay is $825 which includes utilities and parking but I am willing to offer it for $700 to someone who would take over the lease. I have two great roommates who share the second bed/bath room. They are clean, responsible, quiet and respectful of others' space and property. The room comes with a bed but you can bring your own bed and desk if you wish to. The move-in date is immediately and the lease runs through August 30th of 2013.
